Today, our Premier Team Real Estate family is grieving the loss of a true original. Our dear friend and colleague, Bob Hupp, passed away, and it is impossible to imagine anyone ever filling the space he leaves behind. Bob wasn’t simply a member of our office—he was its spirit, its soundtrack, and its source of joy. On any given day, you could hear him belting out a tune or playing music from his phone loud enough for everyone to enjoy. His presence filled every corner of the building, often with laughter, always with warmth.
He embraced every silly idea we tossed his way—skipping down the hallway on command, dancing without hesitation, or helping us craft a cardboard sleigh just to make the holidays a little brighter. And of course, Bob was our Santa. No one embodied the magic, wonder, and generosity of Christmas the way he did. He brought childhood joy to adults and pure excitement to kids, simply by being himself.
Words fall short when we try to express how deeply he will be missed—by all of us, by the clients whose lives he touched, and by anyone fortunate enough to know him. Bob wasn’t just exceptional; he was absolutely one of a kind. Our office will never be the same without his laughter, his songs, or his boundless spirit. Rest in peace, dear friend. Thank you for every smile, every melody, and every memory you gifted us. You will forever remain in our hearts.
